These Terms of Service apply to every order from trex-subscription.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. The service
Trex IPTV Subscription provides a streaming subscription for the period you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months), and a free 24-hour trial. Each subscription is for one connection (one device streaming at a time).
2. Orders and activation
After payment, your login details are sent to the email address you gave at checkout. Please check that your email address is correct and look in your spam folder if you do not see our message.
3. Free trial
The free 24-hour trial is limited to one per customer. We may refuse or cancel a trial if we see repeated trial requests from the same person.
4. Your responsibilities
- Do not share, resell or redistribute your login details.
- Use the service only for personal, non-commercial viewing.
- Make sure your internet connection and device meet the requirements (we recommend at least 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K).
- Use the service in line with the laws of the country where you are.
We may suspend an account without refund if these terms are broken, for example if login details are shared.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service stable, but we cannot guarantee that every channel or title will always be available. Channel lists and the content library can change over time.
6. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€). We may change prices for future purchases; the price you paid for a running subscription does not change.
7. Refunds
All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for details.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
